Low AMH

Hi doctor, I have low AMH, but I’m allergic to COQ10 and DHEA — they make my acne worse. Which supplements can I take instead?

Before starting any new supplements, it’s important to first identify the underlying causes of low AMH.
Aside from age, factors such as nutrient deficiencies and environmental exposures can also affect your AMH levels.
It’s a good idea to get a blood test to check your iron profile and vitamin D levels, then supplement based on the results.
From a dietary perspective, focus on foods rich in zinc, iron, and vitamin D to naturally support ovarian health.
In addition, try to reduce BPA exposure (commonly found in plastics), as it may contribute to lower AMH levels
