Low AMH levels
Amanda30sFemale
Hello doctor, I have low AMH levels, but I seem to have an allergic reaction to CoQ10 and DHEA — they cause my acne to worsen. Are there any alternative supplements I can take instead?

Before starting any supplements, it’s important to understand what might be causing your low AMH. Aside from age, factors such as nutrient deficiencies and environmental exposure can also affect AMH levels.
It’s a good idea to get a blood test to check your iron profile and vitamin D levels, and then take supplements based on those results.
In terms of diet, try to include foods that are rich in zinc, iron, and vitamin D.
Also, reduce your exposure to BPA (commonly found in plastics) as it may further lower AMH levels.
