Can I Take All My Supplements at Once?
Hannah20sFemale
I have PCOS and there are so many supplements said to help with hormone balance. Is it okay to take all of them at the same time?

To be honest, it’s best to take supplements in moderation not all at once.
For example, let’s look at Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) and Fish Oil.
EPO contains omega-6 and a small amount of omega-3, while fish oil is very rich in omega-3. Taking both together in large amounts can lead to an excess of omega-3 fatty acids, which might do more harm than good.
When managing PCOS, it’s better to focus on specific hormones or symptoms rather than taking every supplement available. Always consult your pharmacist or doctor show them all the supplements you’re using, along with their strengths or dosages. They can help you identify which are safe to combine and which you should pause.
In my opinion, avoid excess. Remember, your daily diet and lifestyle also contribute essential nutrients naturally, so balance is key
