Eating times vary from person to person, so the best approach is to listen to your body’s hunger cues. For instance, if you start feeling hungry after 11 a.m., it might be a good time to have lunch. Notice whether you’re just a little hungry or very hungry. If you’re quite hungry earlier, say around 10–11 a.m., you can have a light snack and then enjoy your main meal around 1 p.m.
Everyone’s routine is different some people prefer three main meals, while others feel better eating 5–6 smaller meals throughout the day. The key is to stay mindful and let your body guide you.
