Could you explain more about selecting a time for mindful eating?

Everyone's eating time can be different. So I would advise, as usual, to listen to your hunger level. For example, according to me, past 11 am itself, you can start to get lunch. Feel whether are you at a comfortable level or really very hungry. If you are already very hungry means I wouldn't mind you having little snacks, like morning snack around 10-11, while getting a meal around 1 pm as you are hungry.

It is different for everyone. Some prefer three main meals while some prefer to have 5-6 small meals in a day. So, it is very important to listen to your body
