Breakfast for PCOS

I prefer something hot in the morning for breakfast. Can you suggest me what should I take for breakfast?

As if something hot, actually you can have fried egg, one or two slices of toast, some avocado or some cooked vegetables if you have time.

Another option is hot oatmeal, with a sprinkle of nuts, chia seeds, or cut fruits on top. You can drink a cup of milk or soy milk as a warm beverage. Actually, this is a very simple and nutritious breakfast.
