Firstly, if your are obese, you have to lose weight.

Try to stop or reduce your sugar intake because sugar is the one which increases your probability of putting on weight. So when you stop your sugar intake, you will start losing weight gradually.

Try to reduce your rice intake as well. Behave like a diabetic person. Follow a diabetic diet. Reduce the portion of the carbs that you eat such as rice.

Not to forget exercise is also very important. You don't have to join the gym and do some heavy-weight lifting. You can just go for a brisk walk for 20 to 30 minutes, 2 to 3 times a week. That will help you burn the calories that you have put on.

Besides that, it also depends on your goal. If you are trying to get pregnant, the doctor will probably prescribe metformin. Metformin is the medication for diabetic. But it has lots of other benefits as well. It helps your body use the sugar more efficiently. Other than that, you can take clomophine citrate, letrazole tablets to help you grow your eggs.

If the medication do not work, there is a surgery called laparoscopic ovarian drilling. It is a laparoscopic surgery.

If all of the above fails, you can try IVF.
