Should I consider IUI or IVF?

Been trying to conceive for over 3 years.. I'm turning 35, have PCOS.. Should I consider doing IUI or IVF?

Firstly, you have to see a gynaecologist to check on your uterus and fallopian tubes. Make sure everything is working properly. If everything is working properly, you can try the normal ovulation induction agent, using medication to promote ovulation. You can even try to conceive naturally if your uterus is healthy and fallopian tubes are not blocked. All you have to do is to make sure you ovulate. PCOS patients face problems in ovulation. If you try some medication to promote ovulation, you can probably conceive naturally. Diet, exercise, and weight loss are very important to a PCOS patient. You can consider IUI treatment if all of the above does not work.

Yes, you can try 1 cycle of IUI. If it does not work, you should proceed to IVF. Age factor and PCOS do affect the quality of your eggs.
