Protein Shakes

I would like to get some opinions from doctors or nutritionists about protein shakes. Plant or animal base protein shake, soy, pea, whey? Which is better? Is it a Good meal replacement say for a quick breakfast or after exercise?

In my opinion, eating food in its most natural form is the best. If you really want to get a protein shake, go for the plant-based protein shake. Soy, pea, and whey are more of less the same. I would go for a normal meal instead of having a protein shake. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You can make some overnight oats which will not take up too much of your time.
